Whereas the former is showing quite honest working, but the corruption in DEHAT FORUM is so monstrous that you can yourself judge from the fact thet in the CASE NO. 269/2000 ( Sarabjeet Singh Johar..versus....M/s Anand Properties & 5 Others ), the THREE hardcore corrupt FORUM HEADS despite reserving judgment of the case in favour of the aggrieved complainant many a times ( in the years 2000 & 2001 ) but went on wasting time, and eventually shamelessly gave judgment ( in 2006 ) in favour of those OPPOSITE PARTIES who had not even filed their WRITTEN STATEMENT, and had even refused to accept the Forum notices sent to them by post, and all the notices were returned back to the forum with the remark : "LENE SE INKAAR KIYA", Some prelimanary details of the case are being sent by me to the E-mail address : mail@icrpc.org.
